cricket

Every now and then (no make that always) we like to feign callous indifference whenever India loses a match. “we don’t care.” Sehwag out for 5, 23 runs in the last 5 overs, economy rates at the back of beyond-who cares? surely not us. It was bound to happen and then comes the next match and voila-we park ourselves in front of the television and then the guilt for having wasted away the entire day only to be rendered……….disappointed. Call it a vicious circle. As for yesterday, we really should not have lost. Thankfully I only saw the good part-india batting. I was away elsewhere giving a mammoth 4 hr test when Pakistan decided to go ballistic. Inzy’s so funny. this dismissal will be long remembered. We should just accept that cricket is in our blood. It just comes from being Indian, I guess.
Hutch’s new ad is something else. Check it out. I am reading ‘a beautiful mind’-30 to 40 pages every day. Kaise din aa gaye hai.
